Thank you very much for catering the conference! Everything was great and the guests were very satisfied. It was mentioned that an ICL conference with such good food and professional service has never been held in any country before, and that the next organizer - Hungary - will have a hard time beating it.

I would especially like to highlight the delicious and juicy beef cheek, which was mouthwatering! Please praise the chef! And a Slovak gentleman came to thank us extra for the smoked salmon. All in all, everything was 5-star worthy (on a 5-star scale 😊).

Special thanks also for the fact that all the food was ready earlier, so the earlier than planned end of the official part did not cause any problems and the people were able to start eating smoothly.

The party went very well. The food was very, very delicious. Everyone praised it and was very satisfied. The peppercorn meat was especially praised. I guess I didn't get it myself. The cake was amazing!

Inna (if I got her name right and greetings to her from our entire family) led the way here and I am extremely grateful to her. Absolutely amazing professionalism. She was warm and professional and the way she handled everything here: she very cleverly found the best way to arrange everything and it all worked extremely well. She was not visible at all, but everything was done, everything was taken care of. When she managed to bring that damn coffee to the table, no one even noticed. But when someone needed to give a glass or offer something, she was there right away. I am extremely grateful to her!

Since we live a bit far from Tallinn, we often leave the car with us on the night of the party and pick it up the next day. The food was distributed in such a way that I was able to offer the guests good and better food the next day without any hassle.

In conclusion, I thank you for your practical, dignified, and supportive, kind-hearted cooperation, and I hope that I will be able to contact you again.
