We catered for 700 people at RMK’s Christmas Gala Dinner. The event, which celebrated achievements in forestry and nature conservation, was full of excitement and entertainment, and we were honored to be a part of this unforgettable evening.
One of the biggest challenges we faced was creating a diverse menu that featured different ingredients from Estonian forests, from wild berries and mushrooms to wild animals and wild greens. This allowed guests to freely choose between different dishes and enjoy dinner at their own pace. Our goal was to provide a diverse and delicious dining experience and ensure that there was something for everyone.
The menu was carefully prepared, taking into account different taste preferences and dietary needs. We started with appetizers, offering a fresh salad selection, seafood and various snacks. The main courses included a choice of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes, which were full of flavors and high-quality ingredients. In addition, several side dishes and tasty additions were offered.
The catering team performed brilliantly, ensuring smooth food service and guest satisfaction. Our professional staff was always ready to assist and ensure everything ran smoothly.
The feedback from guests was extremely positive, praising the quality of the food, the speed of service and the overall atmosphere. The buffet style also suited the event, allowing customers to move freely and enjoy different taste experiences.
